About me
I come from the mud. I reach toward the sky.In 2000, I completed my university studies in Art History in Barcelona. I was seeking a path beyond the mainstream “production–consumption” model — looking for a way to find and embrace my mission.I became a full-time traveler and passionate surfer, living in remote places such as Réunion Island, Madagascar, Sri Lanka, Lombok, and Australia. Yoga entered my life as I felt the need to take better care of my body, to find emotional stability and grounding. In 2007, I earned my first certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer in Sydney, specializing in yoga and surfing. A year later, in Bali, I became certified as a Spa Therapist and worked in luxury spas in France. In 2009, I experienced my first Thai Massage course in Lahu Village, northern Thailand. I discovered a practice that blended my passions — yoga, meditation, and bodywork — in a deeply selfless and devotional way. I became a committed student and practitioner. My yoga journey deepened, and in 2010 I completed a Yoga Teacher Training at the Satyananda Ashram in India, where I immersed myself in meditation and holistic living.Since 2013, following the guidance of my dear teacher and mentor Itzhak Helman, I began sharing my love for Thai Massage through workshops and retreats in places like Spain, Mexico, Los Angeles, Bali, Morocco, and Panama. This led to the creation of EvaSion Thai Yoga, a platform for collaboration with talented individuals and communities who share my vision.I remain passionate about continuing to learn and explore Thai Massage, Yoga, and other disciplines that inspire me — such as contact improvisation dance, clowning, Wùo Taï, modern yoga, functional movement, non-violent communication, and mindfulness.Through both the muddy and crystal-clear waters, I walk the endless path of curiosity in this beautiful adventure called life.
