Within each of us is a space of calmness, contentment, joy, deep inner peace and knowing. This space is within the heart center, and is available to us all of the time. It is only our distracted thoughts that take us away, which is the root cause of anxiety and fear. We don’t need to live this way any longer! Snatam Kaur will be sharing mantras from her album “Heartflow”, and she will teach participants yoga, meditation and chanting techniques to awaken to the power and inner flow of the heart center. Live music accompaniment will be provided by Snatam Kaur and her band including Ram Dass, Sukhmani, and Grecco Buratto.

Through sound, meditation, breathwork, and intuitive movement, you’ll be invited to rediscover your unique voice—the one that only you can offer to the world. This is a space to express, to serve, to soften, and to remember that every movement, every note, and every moment is sacred.

Somatic Kundalini: Central channel, glands, and the energy of Kundalni.
The coiled energy at the base of the lying dormant at the base of the spine, creates a mysterious potential we can access through tapping into our glands, bones, sound and movement. Clarify and marinate in the energetic somatic field of our electro-chemical being, using embodied anatomy to tap into our inner glandular system we will embody each cakra and move, sound and meditate from those centers. Expect somatization, dynamic movement, meditation and discussion as we dive into the bridge between our individual Self and the field which holds us all.
